Gathering foot for use with BERNINA overlock machines
It allows for simultaneous gathering of single thin layers of fabric while gathering and sewing on a flat piece of material. Thanks to its design, it allows for even gathering of fabric strips for ruffles or pleats.
With the gather foot, one layer of fabric is gathered and immediately sewn to the fabric that is to remain "flat". The foot allows for decorative gathers and ruffles and the creation of pleats.
The appearance of the presser foot may differ from the one in the photo. This is because the presser foot looks slightly different for each BERNINA overlock model.
