A lot of questions concern the work of the needle threader and how to do it. Interestingly, this is a problem…. And there's supposed to be help. Please pay attention to the working principle. Lower the threader down and lower the needle by turning the handwheel to the same height. The threader has a tiny hook that has to go through the needle eye from back to front. It will pass only when it is at the same height as the eye of the needle. When it passes, we lead the thread as in the video, so that the hook can pull it to the back. We must be careful and do not force anything, if the hook does not go through the eyelet, the height of the needle should be corrected, otherwise the hook may be bent or even broken. Of course, the hook itself can be replaced, but why a problem that we create ourselves. There are different types of needle threaders, the principle of operation is the same. In Husqvarna machines, we have an automatic threader in all models from the Husqvarna E10, Husqvarna E20, Emerald 116 and others. A real, fully automatic needle threader used for the first time is the Husqvarna EPIC embroidery machine, see this wonder - Automatic threader in Designer EPIC. All you have to do is press the button, the rest will do itself. The use of the threader is a simple operation, as everything requires only a delicate practice, which we will achieve after a dozen or so operations with the threader. I am sure that everything is clear now and I wish you practice.
