A modern 1-needle lockstitch machine Jack A4F-H7 for medium and heavy materials with an increased stitch length of up to 7 mm. Equipped with an integrated energy-saving motor, mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine (DIRECT DRIVE system), which ensures quiet and reliable operation and lower electricity consumption. The lack of a V-belt means that the machine operates without vibrations and noise. The machine uses a stepper motor that controls the stitch length and is responsible for its locking, which reduces noise during this operation and also enables precise setting of the stitch length (accuracy up to 0.1 mm). The machine has many automatic functions, such as thread trimming, needle positioning, programmable initial and final locking, automatic presser foot lifting and an electronic thread tension system. T he lockstitch machine is ready for immediate operation, fully adjusted and ready for operation.
Jack A4F-H7 is a professional sewing machine with lower feed, designed for sewing medium and heavy materials. It is complete and ready for immediate operation, and its automatic functions, such as thread cutting, needle positioning, programmable starting and ending bartack and automatic presser foot lifting, increase comfort of use and provide optimal working conditions. Jack A4F-H7 also has a stepper motor that allows you to electronically determine the stitch length with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, and a stitch segment programming function that allows you to obtain effective decorative stitches. These patterns can be remembered and individually configured from the panel, and can also be used as reinforced stitches, improving the stitching strength. Jack A4F-H7 has voice notifications in Polish. It also has an improved design of the material transport and pressure system, which increases the thickness of the sewn material.

Brushless, it has many advantages over a traditional motor. It has low friction, is quiet, has a long cycle life, is smaller and lighter. Dedicated to most sewing machines. The most important advantages are low energy consumption (up to 71% less) compared to standard motors, the ability to easily adjust the speed and the use of a needle positioner.
Central lubrication
