Double material transport controlled by two stepper motors

Double material transport - bottom tooth, walking needle - enables easy and smooth stitching of thick materials with difficult movement . DT828L is the first Siruba 2-needle machine equipped with two stepper motors that control material transport, thread trimming and presser foot lift. This solution works much quieter and more efficiently compared to the existing mechanisms controlled by electromagnets.

Electronically shut off needles

Turning off the needles is done by means of buttons located on the panel located next to the needle bar. When the needle bar is turned off, it turns on automatically, thanks to which we get a perfect hem in the corners. It is possible to program the corner angle.

Electronic stitch length adjustment

The use of electronic stitch length controlled by a stepper motor ensures perfect setting of sewing parameters, also during locking. It is also possible to obtain programmable decorative stitches.

2 times bigger bobbins and hook

The DT828L-75-064H lockstitch machine uses 2 times larger bobbins and a hook. This increase in size reduces the frequency of bobbin thread replacement.

2-needle lockstitch machine

The machine has 2 needles with a spacing of 6.4 mm. It has the ability to turn off the needles.

Automatic thread trimmer

The drive is an energy-saving AC servo motor (230V) with needle positioning (up and down). Thanks to this construction, the machine works relatively quietly, stably and has a very high piercing force.
