Foot for hemming and overcasting knitted fabrics with an overlock stitch.
This foot is designed for sewing soft materials such as knitted fabrics . The fabric is folded twice in one operation and we use an overlock stitch for sewing. This creates a narrow, slightly three-dimensional bottom stitch that does not fray. We use feet #68 and #69 for stitch widths of 2 and 4 mm respectively
