7 stitches to choose from, including:

•  4-thread stitch – reinforced overlock stitch
•  3-thread stitch – wide and narrow overlock stitch, also used for decorative techniques
•  2-thread stitch – rolled edge or flat, narrow or wide
•  rolled edge stitch – 2 or 3-thread hems with rolled edge (hemstitch).

The stitch width is 2/6 mm and the length is 1.5 - 5 mm

Air-threaded looper

One press of a button and you're done – the compressor releases a jet of air that threads the threads into the loopers. This is a huge time-saver and a real convenience for everyday use – especially when you frequently change thread colors or switch between different stitch types. The system minimizes threading errors and makes it easy for even less experienced users to get started.

Knee lever

Sew more comfortably and confidently by using your knee. This frees your hands to guide the fabric, precisely arrange layers, and work on curves. This is especially useful when sewing knits, sewing in ribbons and elastic, or finishing narrow pieces.

Table included

An even larger work area and stable fabric guidance. The table increases sewing comfort, stabilizes larger items (e.g., dresses, blouses, curtains), facilitates sewing long lengths, and helps maintain a straight seam without "pulling" the fabric.

Work comfort

The Bernette B68 AIRLOCK 5-Thread Overlocker creates a generous 120mm of workspace to the right of the needle. This workspace allows you to easily maneuver fabric, conveniently turn larger projects, and maintain edge control while working.

Automatic needle threader

The built-in needle threader located in the needle bar area easily switches to threading both the left and right needles.

High sewing speed 1200 stitches/minute

Thanks to the modern motor, the sewing speed reaches up to 1,200 stitches per minute. High speed is useful for larger projects and serial sewing, while smooth speed control allows for control when sewing precise finishes and corners.

The sewing light can be turned on/off and dimmed. By default, the sewing light is on.

Hinged foot with automatic retraction

The presser foot rotates to the left, providing plenty of room for easy threading, hassle-free needle changes, and easy thread management under the presser foot.

Magnetic tool holder

Metal accessories like tweezers or small scissors can be conveniently stored temporarily on a magnet under the spool stand.

5-step presser foot pressure

The overlocker has an adjustable presser foot pressure that helps you achieve a perfect stitch.

LED lighting

The overlock machine has adjustable LED lighting.

Easy to replace feet

It allows for easy presser foot changes. Press the button, and the presser foot drops onto the fabric. Then, place the new one under the foot and lower the presser foot lever. An automatic "snap" will occur, and the presser foot is ready for use.

Adjusting stitch parameters

Adjust stitch length (1.5 to 5 mm), cutting width (2 to 6 mm), and presser foot pressure. Choose optimal settings for different materials and sewing techniques.

Full force of needle insertion

The electronically controlled speed regulator guarantees constant and full needle insertion force regardless of the sewing speed.

"Differential Transport" setting
