Pants (bottom) embroidery threads in black and in a 15,000 m roll
Embroidery bottom threads (bottom threads, backing threads) are threads that are located in the bobbin of the embroidery machine and are wound on an appropriate bobbin. The final appearance of the embroidery depends on the quality and properties of these threads. Appropriate threads also guarantee high comfort of working with the embroidery machine. Therefore, it is worth using specialized threads dedicated to computer embroidery machines . In most cases, during computer embroidery, we wind a specialized lower embroidery thread into the bobbin of the embroidery machine. Only when we embroider a pattern that will be visible from both sides, we put the same thread in the bobbin as the embroidery machine needle.
What is the black backing thread for computer embroidery used for?
The backing thread is called the bobbin thread because it is used in the bobbin case of the embroidery machine. The offered thread is suitable for use in both industrial embroidery machines and home embroidery machines and machine embroidery machines. It is a thin thread (200 thick) that allows aesthetic embroidery formation on any type of material. Because it is very smooth, it does not jam when unwinding from the bobbin and when taking it from the bobbin through the needle. Additionally, it is resistant to tearing, which increases the comfort of working with the embroidery machine (there is no unnecessary downtime for threading).
Using a black backing thread makes the underside of the embroidery (not visible) black and the top side of the embroidery (visible) colored. We use black bobbin thread when embroidering on very dark or black fabric. If we embroider on light, colorful and white fabrics, we should use white thread as the backing thread.
The backing thread differs from the top thread in both composition and thickness. Wherever possible, we should use special backing threads in the embroidery bobbin.
The thread can be wound onto the bobbin of the embroidery machine both using the bobbin driver built into the embroidery machine, as well as using an external bobbin driver used in industrial embroidery machines.
The threads are 200 thick and can be used for any type of material. They work with needles with thicknesses ranging from 70'-90'.
The threads are antistatic, do not produce dust and do not have knots or lumps. They are perfectly smooth.
