What is white embroidery backing thread used for?

The bobbin thread is also called the bottom thread or backing thread. The thread offered by us is a thread intended for use in the bobbins of computer embroidery machines, both industrial and home. It is a thin thread that allows for aesthetically pleasing embroidery on any type of material. Because it is very smooth, it does not jam when unwinding from the bobbin and when taking it from the bobbin. Additionally, it is resistant to tearing, which increases the comfort of working with the embroidery machine.

If a white backing thread is used, the underside of the embroidery (invisible) is white and the top (visible) side of the embroidery is colored. We use white bottom thread for most embroidery on white and light fabrics. Only when we embroider on very dark or black fabric, we use a black base thread.

The backing thread differs from the top thread in both composition and thickness. Wherever possible, we should use special backing threads in the embroidery bobbin.

The thread can be wound onto the bobbin of the embroidery machine both using the bobbin driver built into the embroidery machine, as well as using an external bobbin driver used in industrial embroidery machines.

The threads are 200 thick and can be used for any type of material. They work with needles with thicknesses ranging from 70'-90'.

The threads are antistatic, do not produce dust and do not have knots or lumps. They are perfectly smooth.
