Thick embroidery hydrofoil - reinforced 80μm

Thick hydrofoil is perfect for embroidering towels or cloths , where we want the embroidery to be nicely exposed on both sides and not show any traces of stabilizer. It is also used for LACE lace embroidery and 3D embroidery and for the production of embroidered jewelry (earrings, bracelets). Then the embroidery is made directly on the thick hydrofoil. It can also be used to produce patches , which, thanks to hydrofoil, can have nicely and permanently protected edges, e.g. with a satin stitch. The reinforced hydrofoil is also perfect for embroidering on delicate materials that can be easily damaged during embroidery or when torn from ordinary non-woven fabric. It is also often used when embroidering lace (collars, cuffs, etc.) and performing Richelieu embroidery and English embroidery . A wide range of applications makes thick hydrofoil one of the most popular embroidery stabilizers.

The thick hydrofoil is fastened in the hoop together with the material that is placed on top. You can also hoop only the hydrofoil and glue the material to it using a temporary spray adhesive, or embroider on the hydrofoil only (lace, lace, 3D, Richelieu embroidery).

Hydrofoil is also available in a "thin" version, only 20 μm thick. Then it is used on top of the embroidered material. Its aim is to avoid the effect of "drowning" the embroidery in the material.
