Jack-58450B-003 are 2-needle lockstitch machines with a switched-off needle and double needle-and-cog feed. The machine in the version for light and medium materials is a real support for specialists in the industry. Equipped with innovative solutions, such as a powerful Direct-Drive motor, they offer not only high efficiency, but also quiet and effective operation. The needle off function allows you to run only one stitch, so the two-needle lockstitch can also function as a 1-needle lockstitch machine. The machine is assembled and ready to work!

Double material transport

Triple material transport - bottom tooth, walking needle - enables easy and smooth stitching of thick materials with difficult movement.

2-needle lockstitch machine

The machine has 2 needles with a spacing of 6.4 mm. It has the ability to turn off the needle, so it can be used as a one-needle lockstitch machine.

Lifting the presser foot with the knee lever

New, additional presser foot lift height adjustment system in the range from 7 mm to 13 mm (using the knee lever).

Energy-saving motor - mounted in the "Direct Drive" head with a power of 550 Watt

The drive is an energy-saving AC servo motor (230V) with needle positioning (up and down). Thanks to this construction, the machine works relatively quietly, stably and has a very high piercing force. The most important advantage is low energy consumption (up to 71% less) compared to standard motors. It works quietly and smoothly.

Closed lubrication circuit

Oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism. The oil escaping from the catcher area falls into the oil sump, from where, after passing through the filter, it is fed back into the closed circuit. A solution that guarantees the absence of any oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar) causing staining of the material, while maintaining high sewing speed as in the case of the version with lubrication of all machine mechanisms. Optionally available version without oil return.

Deactivated needle

Turning off the needles is done by means of buttons located on the panel located next to the needle bar. When the needle bar is turned off, it turns on automatically, thanks to which we get a perfect hem in the corners. 

LED lighting

LED lighting is adjustable. There are three levels of light intensity.
