Easy to use and comfortable
Bernette 35 is a mechanical sewing machine without computer control. The stitch width, length and pattern can be easily set by turning the three dials. The tension can be adjusted while sewing using an easily accessible knob. Bernette 35 also has an automatic 1-step buttonhole function that is quick and easy to use. Thanks to 23 stitches , including utility and decorative stitches, you can quickly implement your creative ideas. The bernette 35 model is equipped with seven feet.
The machine has a long 5-year WARRANTY.
23 stitch programs to choose from
The machine has 23 stitch programs, including overlock stitches, elastic stitches and blind stitches , thanks to which we can sew or hem the fabric invisibly from the right side (no threads visible). We also have 8 embroidery stitches at our disposal to beautifully finish the project.
Solid, durable construction
The components and frame of the machine are made of steel. High quality!
Automatic buttonhole sewing
The buttonhole is automatically made to the size of the button in one operation. Just place the button in the footer!
Automatic needle threader
Bernette 35 is equipped with a comfortable needle threader. You can do it even without glasses!
LED lighting
The machine is equipped with LED lighting. Energy saving, lifetime warranty. Single-color light close to natural. It doesn't cast shadows and doesn't strain your eyes!
Bernette CB catcher
Modern Central Bobbin swing hook.
Adjusting stitch parameters
Bernette 35 has a smooth adjustment of the stitch length - up to 4 mm and width - up to 5 mm.
Dropped teeth
Bernette 35 has lowerable teeth, so we can, for example, embroider with manual material guidance.
Sewing with a double needle
We can use a double needle with various spacings of 2.5 - 6.0 mm for sewing. This way we will obtain a two-needle straight stitch.
Free arm
Thanks to the narrow (free) arm, we can easily repair narrow clothing items: sleeves, trouser legs or items of children's clothing.
High sewing speed
The Bernette 35 sewing machine sews at a speed of 860 stitches/minute.
Large space under the foot
Large space under the presser foot allows sewing thicker materials. We have no problem sewing multiple layers. It is very convenient. It is also easier to sew leather or denim.
Snap-on foot attachment
Allows for easy replacement of presser feet. Press the button and the presser foot falls onto the fabric. Then we place a new one and lower the presser foot lever. The automatic "latch" will occur and the presser foot is ready for use.
A convenient knife for cutting thread
The housing includes a convenient thread cutter. We don't have to use scissors.
Sewing backwards
The machine has a reverse sewing function. At the beginning and end of the stitch, press the "reverse sewing" button for a few seconds and tie the stitch, protecting it from unraveling.
Full force of needle insertion
The electronically controlled speed regulator guarantees constant and full needle insertion force, regardless of the speed at which we sew.
Simple stitch selection
Quick and easy selection of 23 stitches using three selection dials. We have utility stitches and embroidery available.
Cover included
The machine has a soft cover that protects against dust and helps in transport.

Bernette B33 and B35 Tutorial - Sewing on a Button
After sewing buttonholes as shown in one of the previous tutorial videos, this video shows you how to easily sew on buttons using a Bernette B35 or B33 sewing machine. Lower the feed dog and attach the button sewing foot. Then, select a zigzag stitch, place the button under the foot, and lower it. Using the handwheel, check that the needle is in the correct position, or adjust the stitch width to the distance between the button holes. Sew about 10 stitches, making sure to leave enough thread tails for trimming. Using a hand sewing needle, you can now wrap the threads around the button stem and then tie them on the back.

Bernette B35 Tutorial - Making a Buttonhole to Measure
We show you how to sew buttonholes using the Bernette b35 sewing machine. First, set the stitch selector and stitch length dials to the buttonhole symbol. Then, place the button in the buttonhole holder and press firmly. In the video, youll see how to sew a test buttonhole by attaching a zipper buttonhole foot and pressing the buttonhole lever. The buttonhole will automatically sew; all you need to do is stop at the end of the right side of the buttonhole, pull the thread to the wrong side of the fabric, and tie a knot. To avoid accidentally cutting stitches while cutting the buttonhole, you can insert a pin at each end of the buttonhole. Check if the button fits, or if you need to adjust the buttonhole length using the buttonhole holder. You can also fine-tune the buttonhole stitch density. Once everything is set correctly, you can sew the desired buttonholes on your project.
