Jack JK-E4S-3 1-needle / 3-thread overlock machine for light and medium materials . Machine with differential transport , designed for professional tailoring. Dedicated to service points, tailor shops . It is equipped with needle positioning and LED work field lighting . The head has an energy-saving Direct Drive motor. It allows you to work at full, maximum speed of up to 5500 stitches per minute , it is quiet and reliable. The Jack E4S overlock has a lever for adjusting the height of the feed teeth, which adjusts the operation of the machine to the material being sewn. The lever can be set to sew light, medium and heavy fabrics. Overlock Jack has a simple control panel that allows you to adjust the sewing speed, control the positioning of the needle and the option to return to factory settings. Brushless, it has many advantages over traditional motor. It has low friction, is quiet, has a long life cycle, is smaller and lighter. Dedicated to most sewing machines. The most important advantage is the low energy consumption (up to 71% less) compared to standard motors, the ability to easily adjust the speed and the use of a needle positioner. Built into the head of the machine - this technical solution (no suspended motor under the head of the sewing machine and drive belt) eliminates unwanted vibrations and increases the power of the machine.

Smart features

The Jack sewing machine has an integrated control panel with display. It allows you to control automatic functions. E.g. speed and direction of motor rotation, positioning of the needle bar (up-down). It also has a sleep mode that shuts down the machine when idle.

For different types of materials

Jack overlocks of the E4S series can be used for sewing all types of fabrics and used for light, medium and heavy sewing - adjusting its operation to current needs is facilitated by placing the lever for adjusting the height of the teeth under the worktop. The lever can be set to one of three available levels: A (extra light), M (light to medium) and H (medium to heavy).
