JUKI DNU – 1541 is a popular model of a lockstitch machine used for sewing thick materials such as leather. When sold, the machine is equipped with an energy-saving 750W motor, which allows you to save up to 70% of electricity compared to a clutch motor. This engine installed in the JUKI DNU – 1541 guarantees smooth operation and quiet operation. JUKI DNU – 1541 is a single-needle lockstitch machine with triple feed and a vertical hook with increased capacity. Triple material transport

Triple material transport - lower tooth, walking needle - enables easy and smooth sewing of thick materials with difficult movement.

1.8 times larger bobbins and looper

The JUKI DNU – 1541 lockstitch machine uses 1.8 times larger bobbins and a looper. This increase in size reduces the frequency of bobbin thread changes.

Raising the presser foot with the knee lever

A new, additional system for adjusting the presser foot lifting height from 7 mm to 13 mm (using the knee lever).

Closed lubrication circuit

Oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism. The oil escaping from the catcher area falls into the oil pan, from where, after passing through the filter, it is returned to the closed circuit. A solution that guarantees the absence of any oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar) causing staining of the material, while maintaining high sewing speed as in the case of the version with lubrication of all machine mechanisms. Optionally available version without oil return.
