The enlargement of the working surface improves the comfort of work when processing large elements, and yet the dimensions of the bed have remained unchanged. A new lubrication system is available as standard, devoid of the traditional oil sump. Oil is supplied in a closed circuit only to the looper mechanism , and excess oil is drained into the sump and re-filtered. This solution ensures that there are no oil leaks from the top of the machine, and at the same time allows you to achieve high sewing speed. The machine is delivered with a full table. The lockstitch machine has a hook and bobbins 1.8 times larger than standard ones! It is designed for medium and heavy materials. P

The JUKI LH-3578 ASF-7 lockstitch machine uses 1.8 times larger bobbins and a hook. This increase in size reduces the frequency of bobbin thread replacement.

The drive is an energy-saving AC servo motor (230V) with needle positioning (up and down). Thanks to this construction, the machine works relatively quietly, stably and has a very high piercing force. The most important advantage is low energy consumption (up to 71% less) compared to standard motors. It works quietly and smoothly.

Closed lubrication circuit

Oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism. The oil escaping from the catcher area falls into the oil sump, from where, after passing through the filter, it is fed back into the closed circuit. A solution that guarantees the absence of any oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar) causing staining of the material, while maintaining high sewing speed as in the case of the version with lubrication of all machine mechanisms. Optionally available version without oil return.
